Doctors Were Licensed to Kill

On Monday, Malaysian Deputy Health Minister Dr Abdul Latiff Ahmad said doctors were given the license to heal as well as the license to kill. This statement made him a target of both Opposition MPs and doctors.
Docfiles also suggested several equipments that a doctor can use to kill his patients.
Some day in the future, a doctor who is accused of murder might defend himself by saying that he has a license to kill. Does this lure serial killers to become a surgeon in Malaysia?
Microbiologists were also licensed to kill…. bacteria!
