Tay Scientific Instruments Sdn Bhd is looking for Coprorate Accounts Development Executive and Customer Service Executive with science background.

Tay Scientific Instruments Sdn Bhd (TSI), a pioneer in the scientific industry has been a leading importer and distributor for scientific instrument, laboratory furniture, laboratory glassware, chemical reagent and healthcare products in Malaysia since 1970.

Customer Service Executive
Responsibilities:
- Receive and assist customer’s call, enquiry and complaints.
- To co-ordinate with operations and marketing team.

Requirements:
- Candidate must possess a Diploma or Bachelor Degree in science field.
- Must be able to speak fluent English and Bahasa Malaysia. Any other language will be a plus.
- Capable of multi-tasking.
- Pleasant and mature disposition with good interpersonal skills to interact with people at all level.

Corporate Account Development Executive
Responsibilities:
- Gain a clear understanding of customers current and planned needs, and creating opportunities to match these needs, he/she will have a good understanding of the customer’s objectives, buying criteria and decision making process, promoting TSI as a quality supplier with the aim of achieving “preferred” supplier status and producing up to date account development plans and sales reports.
- Professionals in this business unit are responsible for identifying and winning business from large corporate customers, managing ongoing relationships, and positioning TSI as a strategic partner by providing solutions that meet the needs of our customers. Responsibilities include protecting and growing revenue through strategic account planning and solution selling, achieving sales targets, and establishing and maintaining effective relationships with key influencers.
- Additional tasks include identifying new business opportunities, consulting current clients on new opportunities, ensuring customer files are accurate, producing monthly reports and forecasts on sales, preparing technical presentations, proposal writing and pricing, and working with vendors, marketing, customer service, operations to develop and implement solutions for the assigned customer base.

Requirements:
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor Degree in science field. Any work experiences will be a plus.
- The ability for analysis and differentiation of customer needs.
- Fluency in English and Malay.
- Able to do presentation independently to high profile customers in the scientific industr.
